Learning should be an exciting journey! With six years of teaching experience and my masters in Early Childhood Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, I'm a NYS certified teacher dedicated to helping lower elementary students build foundational skills to thrive in the classroom. I believe every student has unique potential, so I focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning through engaging and patient support. I adapt my teaching by actively listening and observing your child's interactions with new material. I keep students motivated by connecting challenging topics to personal interests and celebrating small successes. Communication is essential, and I provide regular updates to keep you informed. Seeing a student's confidence grow is the most rewarding part of being a teacher, and I'd love to help your child experience their "aha!" moment.
