About Juniya

Hi, I'm Juniya and I am a sophomore at Louisiana State University. I enjoy watching tv, playing video games, and going outdoors. I have many years of both paid and volunteer experience while working with children. I have provided childcare for family members and friends, caring for children of various ages. Through these experiences, I have supervised daily activities, prepared meals and snacks, organized games and educational activities, and ensured children were safe and engaged. I also help care for my younger cousins on a regular basis, which has strengthened my patience, responsibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting children's needs. In addition to my childcare experience, I worked with children through several clubs during high school, including UpBeat, Interact, and Horticulture. These organizations allowed me to mentor younger students, participate in community service projects, and help create positive and engaging environments for children.
