Bringing comfort and support to adults and seniors is truly my calling. With 12 years of experience, I've developed a deep understanding of how to provide compassionate and detail-oriented care. My approach is always patient and calm, focusing on each individual's unique needs. I have some college education and am fluent in English and French. I offer a wide range of services, including respite care, live-in home care, transportation, hospice support, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with mobility and physical activity. I'm also experienced in dementia care, medical management, and adapting to the changing needs of those with memory care needs. I can de-escalate stressful situations and handle confusion with patience. When connecting with a care recipient, I prioritize trust, safety, empathy, and respect for their autonomy. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing regular updates via text, phone, or in person.
