Skilled in managing chronic conditions, medication administration, and coordinating care to support optimal health and quality of life for older adults. My clinical background includes experience in acute care, emergency services, long-term acute care, and rehabilitation which has allowed me to adapt to a wide range of patient needs while maintaining safety and dignity. I am committed to promoting independence, comfort, and emotional well-being, while providing safe & attentive care that supports the patient/family goals and needs. I do provide childcare as well for ages 6 mo-10y for the summer at my home.
