About Julitta

Making a positive difference in people's lives is what drives me. With three years of experience providing care, I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My experience includes working as a CNA for 12 years, and I have worked with patients with dementia in long-term care, as well as people with disabilities, and patients with vents and trachs for 5 years. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with a patient and calm approach. I am compassionate and detail-oriented, and I prioritize understanding each care recipient's preferences and history. I provide respite care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands, housekeeping, meal preparation, and physical activity. I also assist with dementia, medical management, and mobility. I provide written daily reports and verbal updates, always following the family's preferred communication method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
