About Julissa

Hi, families!! My name is Julissa. I'm a bilingual healthcare professional with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, studying Health Sciences on the pre-med track as I work toward becoming a physician. My love for working with children started at 14, when I began helping at my aunt's daycare, and that love has never gone away. I've since helped care for six nieces and nephews ages 3 to 20, so I'm comfortable with every stage! My education shapes how I care: I bring a calm, safety-minded approach and encourage movement, learning, and play while getting to know each child's personality. My goal is to follow your family's routines and house rules. I'm fluent in Spanish and would love to include it in my care. I drive and am happy to do school pickups. I'm flexible around my school schedule, and I serve Montverde and surrounding areas. I know inviting someone into your home is a big decision, and I don't take that trust lightly.
