About Julissa

Hola! My name is Julissa. I have been an Early Childhood Educator for over 16 years and love playing with and teaching little ones! For the past 12 years, I have been an Infant/Toddler Teacher and I am also a proud mother of 3 children. As a teacher, I manage a classroom of 8-9 children by sticking to a daily routine, singing songs, and playing games during transitions. I love to create meaningful lessons and art activities according to the ages and interests of children. Puffy paint, nature collages, and "mud painting" are a few of my favorites! I also love read-aloud and sharing children's books and songs in Spanish and English. I have extensive experience as a Household Manager and Nanny. I have spent over a decade caring for children from ages 0-13, while also cooking healthy meals, keeping the house in order, and driving children back and forth from school and extracurricular activities. I am currently looking for a position from 9-5 Monday through Friday.
