I also teach organization, writing, and leadership skills. I was a tutor and later became the program director of a tutoring program for K-8 refugee students in Durham, NC. We were lucky enough to find Julie via Care.com in August 2019. She has been our after-school nanny for the school year for our 8 year old daughter. We cannot say enough great things about Julie. She is caring, friendly, professional, dependable, creative, kind, smart, trustworthy, everything you could ask for when looking for someone to watch your little one. She ensures that homework gets done and helps her study for tests. Julie has also helped with Spanish tutoring, which has been so beneficial as our daughter attends a Spanish immersion school. We cannot say enough good things about Julie, she's become like a part of our family this year.
