About Julie

I have been a personal care assistant and home health aide for years. Currently recreation director in skilled nursing and wanting to leave that position to provide home health to others. I am well versed in all aspects of care, and in school for doctor of naturopathy. Healthcare and people are my passion; I want to move from large facilities to personalized care after caring for disabled family. Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors has been my life's work for the past decade. My approach to care is rooted in patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those I support. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, managing behavioral changes, and incorporating memory care activities into daily routines. Whether I am assisting with mobility, meal preparation, or medical management, I ensure families stay informed through their preferred method of communication.
