About Juliet

I'd describe myself as compassionate and supportive. I like working with kids because they offer such fresh perspectives on the world, and I feel like a learn something new from them every day. I'm looking for a job that is fun and challenging where I can make a positive impact on a family and support a child's growth and education. I started working with kids when I was in middle school, teaching flute lessons. I tutored and babysat in high school and college for various ages. I also volunteered at the non-profit Integrated Refugee and Immigrant Services (IRIS) in New Haven, supporting their summer learning program. Further, I volunteered in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Yale-New Haven Hospital, engaging with children and their families. One thing you should know about me is I am very organized and I have a strong tutoring/teaching background. I would be able to nanny and tutor if needed, and I am so excited to potentially be able to work with you and your family!
