My name is Juliet and I am a lover of animals. I previously worked at the San Diego Zoo and San Diego Zoo Safari Park as a Bird Zookeeper. I have volunteered caring for injured small animals through Project Wildlife. I also volunteered and mucked horse stalls for Ride Above Disability. I have had many pets in my life: rats, mice, hamsters, dogs, fish, and birds. Sadly, my dog, Dexter, died this year and I would really enjoy working with dogs again. For several years I worked as a dog walker and caretaker to my client's dogs and cats. I can provide her as a reference if requested. I have a BA from USD in Elementary Education, however I have taken several Biology, Zoology, and Animal Behavior classes through Palomar to further my animal knowledge.
