About Juliet

I have been a career nanny for 6+ years and have had years of experience caring for children of all ages at daycare centers since I was 17 years old. My approach to childcare is to build up safe, healthy, and happy kids through providing guidance that is both loving and firm. I like clear expectations and am easy going and adaptable to the ever-changing needs of children and their families. I believe in bringing a positive attitude to every situation and love to adventure, spend as much time outside as possible, and encourage kids to push themselves to take calculated risks by understanding their bodies and environment. My ability to communicate serves me greatly in fostering relationships full of mutual respect and love. My nanny experiences have really shown me how to help teach children of all ages and skill levels how to kindly and patiently interact with each other, further fostering confidence and independence.
