Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past five years, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors, supporting their independence and well-being. My college degree, combined with First Aid Training, provides a solid foundation for my work. I understand the importance of clear communication, providing regular updates via text or phone call, and written daily reports, always following the family's preferred method. I strive to connect with each care recipient by understanding their preferences and personal history. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and empathetic. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations when needed. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, perform light housekeeping, and prepare meals. Knowing I can bring a little ease and joy to someone's day makes this work so rewarding for me.
