I tried interviewing Juliet twice. The first time she cancelled, I accepted the excuse of being locked out of her care.com account so she couldn't call for her interview as she hadn't already saved my number. Alarm bells already going off obviously. The second time she missed the call to watch a dog, due to a personal emergency, which isn't a valid excuses in my book. Sending a text to reschedule the call would have been totally acceptable given a family emergency. I never got either. I would have sent this as a private message but she blocked me for being inconsiderate.
