Although technically Julie was never my caregiver she exemplifies all the traits necessary for this position.

We designed a routine plan together for my personal care needs. We usually started a given day  with Ms. Julie straightening up and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom after first looking in on me. Then my bath/shower followed by helping me with a little make up and my hair. 
When ever leaving to do errands she always helps me walk even though also use my cain. 
She drives me to my doctors appts, grocery stores,  pick up my prescriptions etc. 
Sometimes go to lunch if I&#39;m having a good day. Always 
attentive to my unique physical, emotional and social care needs. Always with  patience, empathy, and genuine respect that I deeply appreciate, 
striving to preserve the dignity and independence of my personal care. 

Once home, Ms. Julie helps me undress, wash up and then clean and   massage my feet and arms with lotion or a little baby oil. 

Ms. Julie has a natural ability in  seniors care,  offering attentive assistance with daily living needs and also genuine meaningful companionship. Her kindness and smile is a joy. Her reliability, and strong sense of responsibility make Ms. Julie  someone that an elderlies family can trust with confidence. She&#39;s attentive to detail, and responsive to my changing needs. Julie’s a very caring person with a calming voice and gentle touch. She is the calm in a storm. She is very patient in what would be a normally stressful situation for most people. She guides you and makes sure you understand what needs to be in order for you to be successful are receive help. 
Her patience is remarkable and she really cares about what she is doing.

Julie was great help watching my grandmother. She suffered from a stroke and could not talk and barely walk with the help of a stroller. Julie helped her pass the time with companionship , also hoping I get two doctors appointments and even getting her out of the house to the casino for a Sunday fun day….  My grandmother looked forward to her time with Julie she was wonderful with her.

Julie is organized, caring and fun . She pays attention to details and is a good listener, too. She was unique in that she wasn't afraid to do follow-up to confirm times and needs, if necessary.
