About Julie

Hi! I'm Julie, the founder of Little Learners CT, a tutoring company focused on helping young children build strong, confident foundations in reading, language, and early math. At Little Learners CT, we specialize in working with children who benefit from explicit, structured, and individualized instruction, including students receiving special education services, multilingual learners, and children who need extra support or enrichment. Our instruction is grounded in the science of reading, and our tutors are trained in Orton-Gillingham-based, multisensory approaches to literacy. Our sessions are thoughtfully tailored to each child's needs and learning style, with a focus on phonics, phonemic awareness, comprehension, and confidence-building. We believe learning should feel supportive, positive, and engaging, and we work closely with families to ensure children feel successful and proud of their progress.
