I was an ECE Educator for over 12 years. I am able to put together a fun filled day of learning and exploring with many activities & play opportunities. have a connection to a group of local nannies which go on fun outings. Communication is so very important to me as well between myself & the family I work with. I want to ensure I am honoring the family norms & values. I understand how at times there can be a little adjustment period & I feel open communication with the family helps with this transition In addition, I have worked with two families over the years as a nanny. Both experiences were positive &! I talk to both families. I am also a mother myself of a thriving daughter who is 20 years old & will be a junior in college. So I am familiar with just about all of the ages & stages. I also understand as a parent the many concerns, worries, & sense of pride we parents have- I want to get to know & build a trusting relationship with the family I work with as a nanny. .
