I love learning and am passionate about helping young folks achieve their goals. I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, patient, and thoughtful. I like tutoring because it's an opportunity to share valuable lessons I've learned with others in a focused, yet still fun environment. I'm looking for a job that allows me to work with thoughtful students. It doesn't matter where we start in terms of their academic level or skill. All I ask is that they give me their best effort. I first started tutoring when I was in high school, tutoring elementary and middle school students. I've since worked with high schoolers as they prepare for college. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, exploring different cuisines, and spending time with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is that I'm guided by the belief that young students/people must know that you care before they care about what you know. My skills include history, writing, reading comprehension.
