I have raised three children of my own and they are all upstanding adults. I have cared for my grandchildren until they started school with one being handicapped and needing to be taken to children's hospital for tray three times a week since she was 6 months old. I have also been the safe house for mothers who have lost custody to permit them visitation until they were approved by child protective services to get their children back. I am kind, compassionate and believe that children learn by the examples they see. Everything is learned and I love spending time with children and teaching them a wide variety of things. From large and small motor skills, to make believe, and I am an avid reader.
