My creative and imaginative nature allows me to engage children in educational and enjoyable activities. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I follow their preferred method to ensure we're on the same page about their child's day and any concerns that arise. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to maintain consistency for the children.
