About Julie

First and foremost, I LOVE caring for children! I have many years of experience caring for children of all ages, and I have enjoyed my job tremendously. I have great relationships with families I helped and continue to help. I think it is imperative to foster children's growth in a nurturing and loving environment. While caring for children, I send families updates with pictures of their child. I received my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, and I hold an administrative credential. I worked as a first grade teacher for 8 years, and as a literacy coach. I was a quasi-assistant principal during my term as a coach. I have attended many seminars and training on child development with and without special needs, and I have administered a plethora of staff development and training for teachers and administrators. I have four children ages 10-17 years old.
