About Julie

I'd describe my personality as warm, calm and welcoming I like working with animals because they make the world and people better. They are all so different but they all show love and kindness and bring joy. I'm looking for a job that offers me the opportunity to connect with people and dogs in order to offer both peace of mind when they are away from each other. Offering comfort and safety and ensuring their needs are met . I started working with animals when I started volunteering at a senior dog sanctuary in 2021. In my spare time, I like to hike, dance, walk, volunteer, cook and act. One thing you should know about me is I offer a sense of calm and peacefulness. I'm attentive to the needs of dogs and I like to offer words of encouragement and support so that they feel confident and safe. My skills include administering oral and topical medications, sensing what a dog needs and staying on a schedule.
