I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I have been a multi-family nanny for the past 19 years. I have 8+ families that I juggle days/evenings currently and there is room for more. This allows me to switch up each day, be creative and love on all my kiddos. It is so great to see all of my little loves throughout the week and knowing how they're doing in school, social life and how I can add to that. Most families/children tell me I am like the big sister they never had! I love to bake, do art projects, play games, read, go for walks, be outdoors, play sports and just be present for the kids to enjoy my company and vice versa. You can learn a lot from a child if you just listen! I have been called the modern-day Mary Poppins! This is my full-time profession. I left the corporate world to love on children, be a consistent companion and it fills my soul.

Our family of five met Julie in 2013 when we moved across the country to San Diego from Minneapolis. At the time, our kids were 3, 5 and 7. The very first time she came to our house, she had a bag full of fun things for the kids to do - art, games, etc. Our kids loved her instantly and so did we. Julie has formed individual relationships with all three of our kids and she has always been truly interested in who they are and meets them exactly where they are in. While she was never a full time nanny for us, she babysat every Saturday night for us (well almost every) for several years. Our kids would get upset if they didn't get to see her those evenings. She has also babysat for extended stays so my husband and I could travel. Again, she brings the fun every time. I love that my kids are now teenagers and they all communicate with her individually. We could not have been more blessed to have had her come into our lives all those years ago. She is a diamond in the rough!
