I have been a house manager/private chef since 2009. I also do catering for small intimate events and get togethers. I have worked for 2 families. The first one was full time for 11 years. The current one is appx 24 hours per week for over 3 years. I also food prep for a 3rd family once a week. For them, I cook appx 4 recipes which totals appx 24 pre-portioned plates, and it lasts them the week. I also clean the kitchen and everything I use before I leave. Takes me appx 4 hours. I am available in the afternoons except Tuesdays to food prep for other families. I can follow your recipes or come with my own meal ideas. I specialize in American, European and Latin cuisine as well as following strick dietary needs and food safety guidelines. I do require clean, quality cookware that is food safe, chopping knives in good condition and most importantly, fresh ingredients. This is to ensure food safety for you as well as my own safety while prepping. I have references upon request.
