About Julie

I started working with seniors while I was a hairstylist for 17 years. I have always grown to have a special bond with them and their family. For a year I worked in an assisted living facility in the memory care unit as a hairstylist and found a very intriguing passion with geriatrics. I have been told that I have a unique way of connecting. About six months ago I decided to make a new carrier out of it. I have personal and professional experience with senior care ranging from basic care, to hospice care and everything in between. The personal experience I have obtained has been life long events of many kind. I am very familiar with the medical field and I do have college education. Quadriplegics, paraplegics, physical rehabilitation and specialty dietary needs are also a significant part of my experience. Getting to know each individual person I find fascinating, loving, educational. Personal connections, a sense of safety and comfort and consistency is critical for the above.
