About Julie

My primary services are with the elderly (six years), but more recently I have worked with a family and their two preadolescence children. My services include picking them up from school, cooking and serving healthy meals, homework supervision, planning enjoyable/educational adventures, and, on occasion, transporting them to medical appointments. Special skills and comments: I enjoy my work! I'm reliable, hard working, an excellent cook, a capable housekeeper, own a safe car and have a great driving record. My clients appreciate my sense of humor, my empathetic and upbeat personality, as well as my willingness to go 'above and beyond' basic job requirements. In addition to family care services, I am a retired university professor, with years of experience in helping students manage their assignments, time-management, and people skills.
