About Julie

I have a love and understanding of dogs that has been further developed after I fostered a family of 6 in 2024 including the mother. This family of dogs were brought to me when the pups were just 2 weeks old and all including the mother had chest infections and were underweight. I took on this challenge whilst also caring for my own rescue (fluffy) who was 14 years old at the time ( he has since sadly passed away in Nov 2025). I also named all of the dogs and saw how their individual characters played a big part in their development and support. Having 7 dogs at once meant I had a strict routine of meals and walks. I also cooked for the dogs to allow them to get the best nutrition. The dogs were also potty trained by me and grew stronger and healthier and were very happy. It was one of the most fulfilling experiences I have had, throughly enjoyed it and remain a strong advocate for dog rescue. All the dogs were eventually adopted. I currently do not have any pets.
