About Julie

I love interacting with kids of all ages. I worked in pediatric ophthalmology for 15 years. We saw patients from 0 to 18 years. After I retired I watched my youngest grandson from birth until he was 4 years old. Then I watched 2 sisters from 3 months to 3 years. I miss the fun and joy their conversations and playtime brought to my life. We did a lot of playing, reading and really enjoyed our "dance parties". I am still very energetic and like to be busy. I like things to be clean and neat and tidy but the kids come first. I like sports, crafts, playing games, entertaining, and cooking. I just finished a temporary job watching a 3-year-old autistic little boy. It was such an enjoyable experience . I have 4 kids and 8 grandchildren. I spend as much time with them as I can. I think it's all about making memories for them as well as for myself.
