I have 30 years of caregiver experience. I have worked in a various positions over the years. I work direct care support staff for 15years. I have worked in a group home setting and private care. I took a break from that and started at a daycare as a infant teacher for 5 years. Then I was a nanny for a family for 3 years. When Covid happened I went back to the group home as a support staff for 4 years. Since I moved to Dearborn Heights I have only been doing PRN work with papa pals. Im currently looking for more of a consistent job. I love working 1on1 with people. It allows me to build a comfortable relationship with them. In my free time enjoy gardening, crafts, thrift shopping and volunteering. Im a non smoker. My faith is very important to me. I volunteer in our children's ministry and the forgotten harvest food bank at church. As a Christian I feel God has given me the gift of being a caregiver.

Julie has one of the biggest hearts for kids that I know. She excels at loving our little ones at church. Not only does she volunteer her time for the nursery nearly every week, but she additionally cares for kids of those involved in the church prior to service. My daughter absolutely adores Ms. Julie, giving her a greeting and a hug each time she sees her. Julie also has great relationships with peers and is willing to help out in any way possible. She volunteers her time in many different avenues from helping with the homeless outreach program, to volunteering her time in numerous events, as well as offering to bring meals to families in need. I cannot not say enough about how much Julie is appreciated and loved!
