I am a mom with 18+ years of experience, I have two teenagers. Both opposite traits, one with special needs socially and emotionally and one that is an honors student and gymnast who is off to university. I adore all infants and toddlers. Currently, I work part-time for a family that I have been with for 3 years to present. Prior worked with 2 other families with infants, toddlers and school age kids. Julie worked with our family part-time for 2 years, caring for our toddler and our preschooler. She is very warm and caring, and over time she started to feel like family and our kids really appreciated her attention and guidance. She can enforce household rules yet still be very silly and playful with the kids on a developmentally appropriate level. She is also very patient and flexible. We would have loved to continue to work with Julie, but geography changes and scheduling changes prevented that.
