About Julie

Experience: 10 yrs

My name is Julie. I graduated from Indiana University with Honors in Sociology and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. I have 20 years experience tutoring students of all ages. As a paraprofessional in Special Education, I tutored students who had a wide array of disabilities, including autism. I am also comfortable tutoring students who have learning disabilities. Having overcome one myself, I like to encourage students to overcome all obstacles to learning. I have a positive, 'can do' attitude that I like to pass that confidence on to my students! From being the unofficial volleyball team tutor to tutoring at IUN, I have helped many students reach their goals. I'm down to earth, practical, and very approachable. If you're looking for a tutor, please contact me today!
