About Julie

Hello! I'm Julie, I have been in early childhood education for 3 years now. I earned my Child Development Associate in 2025. I am a caretaker by nature, when not in the classroom, my garden, or with family I am doing rescue and volunteer work for both my local shelter and Billie The Kidden Rescue. I thrive in nurturing roles and hope to extend what I have learned professionally to offer more individualized care to families. I like working with kids because I am inspired by their natural curiosity. Caretaking encourages you to also be present and observant, seeing glimpses of the world through their eyes is rewarding to me. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to apply what I have learned in professional childcare settings into individualized care for families. In my spare time, I like to garden, read, do yoga, and care for both my own pets and rescue volunteer work.
