I have 10 years of experience providing respite care, running errands, assisting with personal care, light housekeeping, and preparing meals. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I respect each person's independence. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide verbal updates, text, or phone calls, based on your family's preference. I have CPR and First Aid Training. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I find great joy in building trusting relationships, and I look forward to bringing comfort and support to your family.
