About Julie

I would describe myself as a patient, caring, and trustworthy individual. I have a deep respect for seniors and genuinely enjoy engaging in conversations about their life stories and experiences. Caring for others comes naturally to me, and I find great fulfillment in providing comfort, companionship, and support. My personal journey of caring for my own mother while balancing work, family, and household responsibilities has given me a strong understanding of the challenges families face. That's why I am committed to helping lessen that burden. I am deeply involved in volunteer work. I serve as a board member for two nonprofit organizations, including the Evan Blood Memorial Fund, which I founded in honor of our son. We support long-term recovery from substance abuse in Harford County in partnership with the Char Hope Foundation. I also work as a grief educator, supporting families who have experienced the unimaginable loss of a child a cause very close to my heart.
