About Julie

Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors is my true passion. My graduate education provides me with a strong foundation for delivering high-quality care, and I am proud to hold current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. I recently lost my mother (age 91) to dementia. While I wish this disease on No one, I understand the care that is needed. I offer compassionate assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. Even just sitting talking. And, I love helping people stay physically fit. I love tennis and golf. Yet offer basic stretching and strength training. My priority is always creating a comfortable environment for your loved one. I maintain open communication that works with you.
