About Julie

Hello I'm Julie! I am an experienced nanny with a strong background in early childhood education, caring for children from infancy through elementary school. I am a very patient and nurturing person who embraces each child's unique personality and abilities. Having worked in both pre-schools and elementary schools I gained lots of experience with the Montessori method as well as teaching phonics and reading skills to children of all ages. I believe in fostering creativity, independence, and curiosity while maintaining clear boundaries and consistency. Keeping children in a safe environment is of upmost importance to me and I have participated in various pediatric first aid courses. I have travelled quite a lot and love learning about other cultures. I have three grown children of my own and I'm British.
