About Julieana

It is a true pleasure for me to write this letter of recommendation for Julieana. Julieana has worked as my mother’s caregiver for more than 2 years. Looking after my mother, who has dementia, is challenging, but Julieana handles it dedicatedly and professionally. Julieana is compassionate by nature and always positive about things. Even when mom constantly repeats questions or ask for clarifications, she remained calm and in a state of “constant caregiving.” As someone who has a great devotion to logic and an eye for detail, she has the capacity to remain calm and think logically, even during severely distressing times. Currently, the time Julieana spends working with my mother, she provides her with much-needed companionship and conversation, medication support, and assistance with incontinence and works as a family consultant. I genuinely believe that because of her eagerness to help, she continues to make my mother’s life more comfortable than it would have been otherwise and our family is more comfortable knowing that mom is in good hands. When we transitioned to a new program Julieana took the lead in training our new personal care aides for my mom to ensure a smooth transition.
