I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations, redirecting attention, and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate regularly with families, using their preferred method of contact, to provide updates and address any concerns. I am also trained in First Aid. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. With some college education, I am eager to continue growing and learning.
