About Julia

Hi! My name is Julia, and I work in education supporting elementary-aged students with a wide range of learning and communication needs. I have experience helping students build confidence in reading, writing, language development, comprehension, and academic skills through patient, individualized support. I especially enjoy making learning engaging, encouraging, and accessible for students who may need extra scaffolding or creative approaches. My background includes working with Deaf and hard of hearing students, multilingual learners, and students with diverse learning needs, so I understand the importance of adapting instruction to each child's strengths and learning style. I focus on creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, taking risks, and building confidence in their abilities.
