About Julia

My journey began with a passion in mental health advocacy, which led to almost two years as a patient sitter. This experience sparked my interest in the medical side of caregiving, which led me to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. I offer respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grooming\bathing, and mobility assistance. I believe in personalized care, learning each individual's preferences and respecting their independence. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and managing behavioral changes, especially for those with memory care needs. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering updates and addressing concerns. I want to be able to offer relief to those caring for individuals with dementia, psychiatric or health issues, as it can take a toll on you as well.
