About Julia

Bringing over a decade of experience to childcare, I am passionate about fostering children's growth and development. Previous babysitting roles solidified my desire to support families by providing reliable care. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents at pickup and follow their preferred communication method. I hold First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications. My background includes Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Early Child Development coursework, as well as some graduate school. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I am comfortable caring for one child. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your family. I studied Outdoor Education and Child Development in College. I also am a Red Cross Lifeguard.
