About Julia

I'd describe my personality as caring, thoughtful, and patient. I like caring for seniors because I truly enjoy helping others, allowing them to feel heard, learning from their stories, and helping them in a way that makes them feel safe. I started caring for seniors when I started helping & caring for my great grandma. I cared for her for several years, helping her with house cleaning, running errands to the grocery store, taking her to lunch, and spending time talking with her. Since helping my great grandmother, I have also cared for my granny. I have taken her to doctors appointments, taken her on little outings to get her out of the house and moving around, and helped her with thing around the house (moving boxes, cleaning, preparing meals). In my spare time, I like to take my dog for walks, spend time near the ocean, go rock climbing, read my Bible, and enjoy the outdoors. My skills include patience, cleanliness, and meal prep.
