About Julia

I'm Julia, a senior at Florida International University studying Elementary Education and Psychology with over eight years of childcare experience. I've cared for children from 5 months to 12 years old, including full-time nannying for a family with four kids. I've also worked as an assistant theatre teacher, camp counselor, and longtime volunteer at a local homeless shelter, where I organized birthday parties and activities for children. Last spring, I interned at Deering Estate, helping teach science lessons and lead hands-on experiments for homeschooled students, and I'm now a substitute teacher for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, have my own car, and love creating a fun, safe, and educational environment for kids to learn and grow. I'll be fully available starting in December and have flexible hours in the Spring!
