About Julia

Hi there! My name is Julia, I'm a USC graduate offering child care. I earned my BS in Gerontology as a pre-med student, where I also became an EMT. I'm currently taking a gap year before going back to school & wanted to spend it doing something meaningful-caregiving felt like a perfect fit. I'm naturally drawn to caring for others, especially kids, older adults, & animals. Outside of academics I enjoy painting, music, and tennis. I enjoy bringing creative energy to the people I care for whether that means helping with schoolwork, making crafts, or just being a supportive presence. I have experience caring for ages 0-11, 2-3, & 5-6-year-olds most recently, but am open to any age. I'd love to support your family however I can! - I'd describe my personality as fun, empathetic, & discerning. - One thing to know about me is Spanish was my first language, despite English now being my primary language. - My skills include first aid, communication, & developmentally-aligned engagement.
