Hello! My name is Julian, I am a 25-year-old living in NYC! I was the sole cleaner in a house full of 20-26-year-old boys for 6 years... there's no mess I can't tackle! Jokes aside, I'd love to chat and figure out what type of environment you're looking to maintain and make it happen. I'd describe my personality as welcoming, funny, and organized. I prefer daytime hours but can be flexible! Can be free 7 days a week. In my spare time, I'm a producer, recording engineer, singer, songwriter & multi instrumentalist! Currently finishing my debut LP. My entire childhood my mom had an in home daycare, so I'm really comfortable around kids and also love animals! I'm dependable and reasonable so if anything isn't satisfactory for whatever reason I won't take offense would love to find a solution (though I think that scenario is unlikely!) My skills include deep cleaning, organization & tidying + can help you build procedures to maintain spaces.
