Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. Reliability was a major issue, with multiple last-minute cancellations, including after confirming availability. While I understand emergencies happen, dependable childcare is essential when parents are counting on scheduled care. Unfortunately, this arrangement did not meet my needs. Based on my experience, I would not hire again or recommend.
