Julianna has been by far the best nanny we could have ever asked for. She exceeded our expectations in all areas and that sets the bar high! She was always punctual, stayed late when necessary, was very cleanly and observant of everything that our little toddler was up to. And most importantly, she would interactive with our toddler in the best ways. Always talking to him, playing with him, engaging with him (we work from home so we were could hear all of this interaction which we loved). She's a dedicated and very sweet person.
