We have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Juliana. Finding someone you can completely trust with your children is daunting, but she immediately put us at ease. She has been incredible with both of our kids (5 and 1), navigating their very different needs. She is patient, punctual and reliable. She helped us sleep train our baby from needing contact naps to falling asleep independently, and encourages him to continue meeting his milestones! She is also very diligent in helping out with cleaning, organizing and preparing food for the baby as my mobility was limited. Juliana is reliable, punctual, proactive, deeply caring, and brings such a calming, positive energy to our home. Beyond her excellent childcare skills, she is also wonderfully comfortable with our fifty-five-pound English Shepherd, Max, which has been a huge comfort for us. Due to a surgery, we have to part ways for the coming months as the children go live with their grandparents during my recovery. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. We hope to welcome her back into our support system in the future again :)
