Ever since I can remember, I've loved working with kids and helping them discover the world around them. My ultimate goal is to become an elementary school teacher, and every step of my journey so far has only made me more certain of my goal. I first started working with kids at 16 through my church, where I quickly fell in love with hands-on caregiving. Since then, I've had some opportunities to help in both home and classroom settings. Over the summer, I nannied for an awesome4-year-old boy. We had the best time exploring weekly themes--diving into topics like animals, space, and nature through crafts, sensory play, and fun learning games. On top of that, working as an elementary school teacher's assistant supporting daily lessons, helping students stay engaged, and offering patient, one-on-one encouragement whenever a learner needs extra support. I'm looking for a fulfilling, reliable role where I can bring my passion to support kids and make family life a little easier.

Juliana watched my 4.5 year old son this summer and she is amazing! She showed up every day and always communicated if she was going to be a few minutes late (which was maybe 1-2 times). She planned themed weeks with crafts to go along with each week. She also worked with him on weekly behavior goals with a sticker chart. You can tell that she really has a passion for working with kids. She is patient, reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and caring. My son had so much fun with her this summer! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for care for their kids.
