About Juliana

I am a Licensed Practical Nurse who is fully vaccinated. CPR trained and certified. I have vast experience in taking MD orders, ordering medication from pharmacy, medication administration(including IV fluids, IV medications and injectables), checking blood glucose levels and administering insulin, monitoring patients vitals and reporting to MD as ordered. I provide direct nursing care needs that are within my scope of practice per WA state, along with assistance with performing ADLs, medication management, hospice care, fun activities, assisting with errands, gardening, companionship, and lighthouse chores. Comfortable with meal preps, feeding, scheduling appointments, transport to and from doctor's appointments. Assistance with physical exercises, ambulation and toileting needs. Great computer skills and ability to document online and communicate with the care team electronically.
